While we focus primarily on the Paleo and Clean Eating lifestyles, our goal is to give you real food alternatives for your real life—whether that means eating healthier, managing your weight, simplifying your life or simply getting your family around the dinner table. We’ll do this each episode by bringing you a lively mix of informative interviews with some of the most notable names in food, health and fitness.

About Diana Rodgers:

Diana Rodgers is a “real food” Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner living on a working organic farm west of Boston. 

She runs an active nutrition practice where she helps people get on track with diet and lifestyle. 

She's also the author of several Paleo cookbooks, host The Sustainable Dish Podcast, and the mom of two active kids.

Diana speaks at universities and conferences internationally about nutrition and sustainability, social justice, animal welfare and food policy issues. 

She is the Consulting Dietitian to several gyms and also to: The Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, and Fresh Advantage.

She's a staff writer for Paleo Magazine, contribute regularly to several blogs and my work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, Outside Magazine, and Mother Earth News.
